Privacy Policy

  • The entities that manage the Dr.Click brand guarantee that users of this website (collectively, “Users”) will respect their privacy, adopting the necessary measures to protect their personal data. Accessing and visiting this website does not, in itself, imply the automatic provision of any personal data that identifies the User. However, the use of certain content or services may imply the provision of personal data by Users. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Dr.Click website and regulates the collection and processing of personal data provided by Users, as well as the exercise of their rights in relation to this data.

  • The Dr.Click website is the entity responsible for collecting and processing Users' personal data.

    The personal data collected will be processed and stored electronically:

    • By network units;

    • Or by entities subcontracted by it.

    They are intended to respond to your requests for appointment scheduling.

    Access to the online Customer Area requires prior registration, and the processing of personal data, in this context, is subject to a separate Privacy and Cookies Policy.

    To this end, the legal basis for the processing of personal data will be the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party (with Dr.Click, its managing entities or affiliates) or a pre-contractual diligence at the request of the data subject, as applicable.

    The personal data collected will be kept in a way that allows your identification only for the period necessary to pursue the purposes of collection or subsequent processing, after which they will be deleted.

    The Dr.Click network assumes that the data collected was entered by the respective holder and that its insertion was authorized by the same, being true and accurate.

  • Under the terms provided for by law, the User is guaranteed, at all times:

    • The right to access, update and rectify your personal data;

    • The right to erasure or limitation of processing;

    • The portability of your data;

    • The right to object to the processing of the same, subject to the legally provided conditions.

  • Dr.Click network units may communicate your personal data when:

    • Other entities of the Dr.Click Group, to enable us to respond to requests for clarification/comments/suggestions that you address to us, if applicable;

    • Entities subcontracted for the purposes mentioned above, under the terms of the contracts entered into with them;

    • Such data communications are necessary or appropriate:

    (i) in light of applicable law;

    (ii) is carried out in compliance with a legal obligation/court order;

    (iii) a decision by the National Data Protection Commission or another competent supervisory authority;

    (iv) or to respond to requests from public or government authorities;

    • The communication is carried out to protect the vital interests of Users or any other legitimate purpose provided for by law.

  • The Dr.Click network makes every effort to protect Users' personal data against unauthorized access via the Internet. To this end, it uses security systems, rules and other procedures in order to:

    To ensure the protection of personal data;
    Prevent unauthorized access to data, improper use, disclosure, loss or destruction.
    It is, however, your responsibility to ensure and guarantee that the computer you are using is adequately protected against harmful software, computer viruses and worms.

    Additionally, you should be aware that the risk of personal data and passwords being accessed by third parties without authorization is increased without the adoption of adequate security measures. For example:

    Secure configuration of the browser program;
    Updated antivirus software;
    Security barrier software;
    Do not use software of dubious origin.
    However, please note that whenever data collection is carried out on open networks, such as the Internet, your data may circulate without security conditions, and there is a risk of it being seen and used by unauthorized third parties.

  • Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the User has the right to submit a complaint to the National Data Protection Commission or another competent supervisory authority under the law, if he/she believes that the processing of his/her data by Dr.Click violates the legal regime in force at any given time.
